Provide caregiving work opportunities to home‑care workers impacted by wildfires and windstorms.
Clients receive a Wildfire Subsidy for their per‑hour rate and an initial no‑obligation free trial to ensure a good fit before signing a contract.
Deliver one‑on‑one case management, career support, and transition planning for displaced workers.
In partnership with Alzheimer’s LA, Paraprofessional Healthcare Institute, and California Home Care Academy, workers receive in‑demand caregiving skills.
Help workers transition into long‑term jobs through Vivid Life Home Care Cooperative and other supportive employers.
Expand client access to caregiving services through a worker‑owned cooperative model, which promotes worker stability and drives higher‑quality, more consistent care.
